Justice Way brings together certified rescue personnel from around various states to be utilized in case of emergencies, missing persons, or natural disasters. We acquire and deliver special equipment to police and volunteers on a giving basis, or a loan for their temporary usage. NPA has trained personnel and volunteers ready for emergency civil services deployment when needed.
When a parent loses a child, they are often so overcome with emotions that it is difficult for them to stay focused. Team REAC can assist with a multitude of search, rescue, and emergency management incidents. The Directors of Justice Way program will appoint a managing staff member who will be responsible for organizing and running outreach programs.
Team REAC program allows oversight of the readiness of our operations. The Justice Way programs’ managing staff will review the REAC program and all related reports that have been entered into activity logs, incident reports, and evaluation reports. We will publicize a description of the various aspects of the program, documentation of our activities that the program has supported, and feedback from all participants.
Justice Way records and keeps track of the number of rescue attempts made and the number of successful operations. The thorough and comprehensive management staff evaluation will highlight the strengths and weaknesses of a specific program.
Our alignment with emergency management organizations and rescue personnel will provide us with enough resources to run the program and maintain a helpful service for those in need.
